Los Gatos Plein Air 2012 is a fine art exhibition and sale that will be held in Los Gatos, California on Saturday, June 16, 2012. This juried event brings nationally recognized Plein Air artists to Los Gatos to paint "en plein air", which refers to the 19th century style of painting "in the open air" on location.

NEW!! The Plein Air Student Apprenticeship ProgramThis year selected students (ages 16+) will have the opportunity to spend an afternoon (6/13) painting with one of our award winning artists while learning about the technique of painting "en plein air". The student work created in this program will be displayed and sold at our Fine Art Exhibit and Sale held on June 16. If you are an art student who would like the chance to participate in the Student Apprenticeship Program an application can be obtained by downloading the PDF. |
